These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the FlipFast mobile application (the "App") operated by FlipFast ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
FlipFast is a marketplace listing tool that uses artificial intelligence to help you create product listings for resale platforms such as Vinted and Depop. The App allows you to upload photos of items, which are processed by AI to generate listing drafts including titles, descriptions, pricing suggestions, and other details.
You may sign in to the App using Apple Sign In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may also use the App in guest mode with limited functionality (no cloud sync).
The App offers a free tier and a paid "Pro" subscription. The free tier provides limited daily AI-generated listings and includes advertisements.
FlipFast Pro is a monthly auto-renewable subscription that provides unlimited AI listings, background removal, custom backgrounds, batch listing, and an ad-free experience.
Subscriptions are purchased and managed through the App Store or Google Play. Payment is charged through the store account used to subscribe. The price, billing period and any eligible trial are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled under the applicable store’s terms. Manage or cancel in the subscription settings of the store where you purchased. Cancelling renewal does not immediately remove access for the remaining paid or trial period. Promotional access may not have a store subscription.
Prices may vary by region and are displayed in the App before purchase.
The App uses Google Gemini AI to generate listing content from your photos. AI-generated listings are suggestions and may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all generated content before publishing it on any marketplace. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.
You retain ownership of all photos and content you upload to the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your photos solely for the purpose of generating listing drafts and providing the App's services to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlipFast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles.
