FlipFast ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the FlipFast mobile application (the "App").
Account Information: When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive the account identifiers, name and email address supplied by that provider. We do not collect or store your Apple or Google password.
Photos: Selected item photos are transmitted to generate the listing and edits you request. Generated listing photos may be saved locally and synced to cloud storage when signed in. Before-and-after comparison copies remain on the device that created them. Separate image-processing records used for service operation and quality review may include input and output photos, prompts, technical identifiers, timings and failure outcomes in private cloud storage. Capturing a record does not automatically approve it for model training.
Listing Data: Listing drafts you create (titles, descriptions, prices, categories, and other fields) are stored locally on your device and synced to our cloud database when you are signed in.
App Usage Data: We record listing generation activity to operate the service and apply usage and abuse controls. This information is associated with your account in our database. Advertising measurement events described below are shared with TikTok only when tracking permission is granted.
Settings: Your preferences (pricing style, haptic settings, photo save preferences, onboarding profile) are stored locally and synced to our cloud when signed in.
Subscription Information: We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions. Purchases and subscription billing are handled by the App Store or Google Play, depending on where you subscribe. RevenueCat processes subscription status, product and transaction information to manage your Pro access. We do not have access to your payment card details.

Account and listing information is stored in Supabase. Generated listing photos and image-processing records are stored in private Cloudflare R2 storage and accessed through authenticated requests and temporary signed URLs. Selected original photos are transmitted for the AI processing you request and may be retained as part of private processing records for operation and quality review. Before-and-after comparison copies remain on your device.
You can decline advertising tracking and continue using the app. Change your permission at any time in iPhone Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. FlipFast stops TikTok tracking when permission is withdrawn. Apple's SKAdNetwork may still provide privacy-preserving, aggregated ad attribution without an advertising identifier.
You can manage or withdraw advertising consent using Ad privacy choices in FlipFast Settings where required by your region. Android does not use Apple’s tracking permission prompt.
We retain your account data and listings for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data from our servers within a reasonable timeframe. Local data on your device is retained until you delete the App.
